Food Package Distribution

As Hayat International Organization, we aim to carry the spirit and blessings of Ramadan to the needy communities of Africa. In collaboration with non-governmental organizations (NGOs), associations, and foundations, we carry out food distribution projects. Throughout the month of Ramadan, we distribute food packages in targeted regions, aiding the less fortunate in spending this blessed month under better conditions.

Service Process

1. Planning and Coordination:
   • We meticulously plan our projects considering the requests and suggestions of NGOs, associations, and foundations for food distribution.
   • By conducting needs assessments in different regions of Africa, we ensure the most effective food distribution.
2. Food Package Preparation:
   • We prepare food packages that contain essential food items, hygiene products, and other necessary materials.
   • We ensure that the packages are hygienically and securely packaged and labeled.
3. Distribution:
   • On specified days and hours, through the local volunteers and teams we coordinate with, we distribute the food packages.
   • During the distribution process, we engage with the local communities, strengthening societal bonds and sharing the spiritual atmosphere of Ramadan.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
   • We document every phase of our food distribution projects with photographs and video recordings.
   • We prepare detailed reports on our activities and services and present them to the NGOs, associations, and foundations we collaborate with.

The Importance of Food Distribution in Africa

Economic challenges and resource limitations in Africa make it difficult for many to meet their basic needs. Our food distribution projects aim to overcome these challenges and share the blessings of Ramadan with the needy.

As the Hayat International Organization, through our food distribution service, we aim to stand by the needy in Africa during this blessed time of Ramadan, providing them both spiritual and material support. Through our food distribution projects, together with our partner organizations, we aspire to spread the blessings and spirit of solidarity of Ramadan to wider audiences and offer hope and support to the needy in Africa.
