Service Process

1. Needs Analysis:
   • We determine the most effective way of distribution by conducting needs analyses in various regions of Africa.
   • In collaboration with NGOs, associations, and foundations, we identify local needs and the regions where distribution will take place.
2. Fundraising and Organization:
   • We organize and manage Fidya, Fitrana, Zakat, and Sadaqah donations received from our partner organizations.
   • We prepare a comprehensive organization plan to ensure donations are distributed correctly and effectively.
3. Distribution:
   • On predetermined days and hours, we carry out the distribution of Fidya, Fitrana, Zakat, and Sadaqah through our local volunteers and teams.
   • During the distribution process, we interact with the local community, strengthening social ties and emphasizing the spiritual value of religious aid.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
   • We document every stage of our distribution projects with photos and video recordings.
   • We prepare detailed reports on the activities and services we provide and present them to the NGOs, associations, and foundations with which we collaborate.
